To Change Spec/Size for Components

Open the Pipeline Manager

Select a pipeline from the list.

Select the component(s) to change from the list of pipeline components.

Click the Change Size/Change Spec icon

Note: The Change Spec/Size dialog displays.

Select new values from either the Select specification or the Select nominal diameter drop down lists. If you do not want to change one of the property values, then leave the value as Unchanged.

Note: You can change either of the property values, or both. However, leaving the value for both fields as Unchanged will have no results.

Click the Execute Spec/Size icon

. The components with the new values will display in the bottom grid.

Optional: If a component has a cross

next to it, it has multiple spec records that match the defined size/spec criteria. Double-click to display the Spec Record Selection dialog and choose the desired spec record for the component.

Click Update to save the changes to the model.
